Easily add and configure Wix Table Reservations to your restaurant website and let customers book their tables effortlessly 24/7

Step 1 | Add the Wix Table Reservations app to your site

  1. Go to the Wix App Market:

    • Wix Editor: Click Add Apps      on the left side of the Editor.

    • Editor X: Click App Market       at the top of Editor X.

  1. Type "Wix Table Reservations" in the search bar and select the app from the drop-down menu.

  2. Click Add to Site.

Step 2 | Easily configure Wix Table Reservations in your Wix Restaurants dashboard.

​Easily configure Wix Table Reservations in your dashboard by adding tables, setting hours, defining party sizes and turnover times, and customizing reservation forms, policies, and notifications

To set up Table Reservations in your site's dashboard:

  • Access Table Reservations from your site dashboard.

  • In the Settings, toggle the "Online reservations" switch to turn on or off online bookings.

  • When "Online reservations are on," customers can book tables through your site.

  • When "Online reservations are off," the reservation app is visible but customers cannot book.

  • Use "Table management" to add tables to your restaurant's inventory.

  • Click the Online Reservations toggle to enable or disable the ability for customers to book tables through your site. Set the details such as availability hours, party sizes, reservation duration, and more.

  • Go to the Table Reservations section and select the Reservation Form option to customize your policy, add personalized messaging, and more

  • Go to Table Reservations, then click Notifications to manage the notifications sent and received to/from customers

Step 3 | Customize the pages on your site

The Wix Table Reservations app adds three customizable pages to your site: Reservations, Reservations Details, and Reservation Confirmation. Customers will access these pages when making a reservation on your website.

You can navigate between your app pages using the Switch Page drop-down menu at the top of the Editor.

A | Customize Your Reservations Page

 

  • Access the Reservation page in your Editor:

    • Select Reservation from the Switch Page drop-down menu.

    • Click the Reservations app in the Wix Table Reservations section.

  • Go to Settings.

  • Personalize the form's design, time slots, and button under the Design tab.

  • Choose text alignment, form layout, and spacing in the Layout tab.

  • Edit the title, description, and button label in the Texts tab.

  • Add the form or button to another page on your site via the Add Ons tab.

B | Customize your Reservation Details page

 

  • Access the Reservation Details page in the Editor:

    • From the top of the Editor, select the Switch Page drop-down menu.

    • Choose Reservation Details under Wix Table Reservations.

  • Open the Reservations app.

  • Go to Settings.

  • Navigate to the Design tab to edit the overall design, details, timer, text fields, and button.

  • In the Texts tab, modify the title and button label.

  • On the Add Ons tab, insert the form or button on another page on your site.

C | Customize your Reservation Confirmation page

 

  • Access the Reservation Confirmation page in the Editor:

    • From the top of the Editor, select the Switch Page drop-down menu.

    • Choose Reservation Confirmation under Wix Table Reservations.

  • Open the Reservations app.

  • Go to Settings.

  • Navigate to the Design tab to edit the overall design and button.

  • On the Add Ons tab, insert the form or button on another page on your site
